Polite and amazing staff, it was such great stay.
Soft bed made my room themed. Very central location of this excellent central hotel was a bonus. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Cliff Avenue bus stop.

Thoroughly enjoyed its great and brilliant staff.
We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was great. The room was tidy and cosy, provided us with modern bathrooms, eh iron, as for instance, it was a really great stay all in all.

excellent room size, nicely decorated rooms, attractive outdoor courtyard
The Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable!!! The narrow, steep stairs are a challenge for those with mobility issues!!! It's disappointing to find no breakfast options available!!!

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach.
Stairs could be challenging for seniors.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The swift check-in process and friendly staff enhanced the overall stay. The location in the heart of Cromer is ideal, with access to local amenities. The provided tea, coffee, and water were thoughtful touches.
The bathroom had no shelf space for toiletries and no hooks for wet towels.

The room was perfect and super comfy. Parking at cadogan street was cheap too. Even tho the bar was busy, we couldn't hear anything from our room, amazin. Loved that it brought back childhood memories. The location is just spot on for everything!
Didn't like the stairs, they were a bit much for us. The food at the restaurant was kinda disappointing compared to what we thought it would be.

I'd totally recommend for families with kids
The location was perfectly placed right near the seaside. You could really feel the cool breeze and smell that salty air as we walked out the door. They had an awesome courtyard too, reminded me of a sun trap! My kids loved watching the seagulls up close.
It was a bit pricey but I guess you get what you pay for.

The Double Room I stayed in was super comfy and better than I expected. It had an en-suite shower, a nice touch. They even had a Nespresso machine for coffee. I liked how quiet it was despite the pub downstairs, I really got a good night's sleep. It had a cozy vibe.

great decor but needs a fridge
The decor in the Twin Room was beautiful. The family-run atmosphere.
A fridge in the room would be an excellent addition.
